💛 The Emotion Code™

The Emotion Code™ is a gentle, powerful energy healing method designed to identify and release trapped emotional energy that may be holding you back from physical, emotional, or spiritual wellbeing.

Any time you experience a strong or unresolved emotion, and your body isn’t able to fully process it, the energy of that emotion can become “trapped” in your system—affecting your health, mood, behaviour, and even how you interact with others. These trapped emotions can come from childhood, ancestral trauma, in-utero experiences, or even carry over from past lives.

The subconscious mind holds the memory of every experience you've ever had. The Emotion Code helps give it a voice—so we can uncover what’s really going on beneath the surface and allow the body to let it go.

✨ How do emotions become trapped?

The subconscious’s main job is to protect us. In difficult or traumatic situations, it may store emotions to deal with later—but often, they stay stuck. Trapped Emotions can form during:

Emotional trauma or PTSD
Family conflict, relationship breakdowns, divorce
Rejection, betrayal, abandonment
Physical illness, surgery or injury
Times of chronic stress or internalising emotions
Loss of a loved one or grief
Harsh self-talk or negative belief patterns
Generational trauma passed down through DNA

🧠 What can Trapped Emotions cause?

Because trapped emotional energy holds a frequency, it can interfere with the body’s natural flow. Over time, this can manifest as:

Physical pain and inflammation
Headaches, fatigue, joint or back pain
Anxiety, panic attacks, depression
Sleep problems or digestive issues
Emotional sensitivity or mood swings
Patterns of self-sabotage
Feeling “stuck,” disconnected, or blocked

The Emotion Code helps restore balance to the emotional body—so you can return to clarity, peace, and ease.

🌿 How does a session work?

Sessions are completed remotely (via distance/proxy), so you can receive this healing from anywhere in the world. I use muscle testing and energetic connection to access your subconscious field, identify what emotions are ready to be released, and gently clear them—without needing to relive or re-experience anything painful.

Once complete, I’ll email you a detailed report with everything found and released, including the trapped emotions, their ages, and where they were held in the body. You’re welcome to choose the focus of each session (e.g. anxiety, physical pain, emotional clarity, etc.).
